ITA (Invitation to Apply)
An ITA is given to an applicant in the Express Entry Pool who has been chosen by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada to file for immigration to Canada through the Express Entry system, which is the primary method used to offer permanent citizenship to immigrants.
Invitations to Apply are given once every two weeks when the IRCC conducts a selection from the Express Entry pool. Candidates with the best CRS Scores are eligible for an ITA.

Permanent residents and Canadian citizens can nominate their spouse or common-law partner to acquire permanent citizenship. Work Permit

Caregivers

LCP (Live-In Caregiver Program)
The Live-In Caregiver Program is for individuals that are already working in Canada. You are required to have at least 2 years of experience in this before you can apply.In order to apply for permanent residency via this program, applications are required to:
- Have 2 years of work experience in the program
- Have an approved LCP work permit
- Be working in Canada with an LCP work permit
Also, the caregivers need to be approved for their first LCP work permit based on an employer’s positive LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) application that was submitted on or before November 30, 2014.

The Home Child Care Provider Pilot
The Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot is a pathway that allows eligible caregivers to get permanent residents in Canada. In order to apply for Permanent Residency, they need to have 2 years of Canadian work experience.
Canada Agri-Food Immigration Pilot
The government of Canada launched the Canada Agri-Food Immigration Pilot in 2020 with hopes of bringing in workers and sustain its growth output.
However, this program will only accept applications for 3 years.
Eligible candidates are requested to send out their applications from May 15, 202 to May 14, 2023.
On a yearly basis, around 2750 applications are going to be accepted each year and for this year, the government of Canada has made it clear that they are going to target people that are already in Canada because of the ongoing pandemic and the travel restrictions that it has brought.
