Invitations To Apply
An ITA is given to an applicant in the Express Entry Pool who has been chosen by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada to file for immigration to Canada through the Express Entry system, which is the primary method used to offer permanent citizenship to immigrants. Invitations to Apply are given once every two weeks when the IRCC conducts a selection from the Express Entry pool. Candidates with the best CRS Scores are eligible for an ITA.
In a nutshell, the offer to Apply for Permanent Residence in Canada is an offer that enables individuals who have completed an Express Entry profile to apply for permanent residency in Canada.
